This is the second Regenaissance shirt I’ve gotten for my husband. They fit true to size and feel amazing. The quality is also above par.
As a dairy farmer’s daughter, I grew up on raw milk. In its pure form there are so many benefits and it is so good! I love how this sticker celebrates that!
Love these shorts. I try my best to always wear things that are 100% cotton, so I love these shorts a ton. Got a size large, wish I went down a size but overall they're great.

First, I just want to say, this is the best fitting ball cap I have and I've been on the search for one for a long time! A fellow autoimmune and Hashimoto's guy, Ryan Griggs has gone through the journey of finding himself with a broken food system.
The founder of The Regenaissance, an apparel company whose mission is to inspire reconnection with food sources and systemic change.
He started this brand after the devastating sequences of life events:
- His mother forced to retire due to bad health in '19
- Diagnosis of brother's stage 4 colon cancer and being his caretaker for 6 months in '21
- Brother passing 3 days before his 33rd birthday
- Mother's health continuing to decline rapidly
- Mother passing on the same day Regenaissance was launched, May 28, 2023.
Regenaissance is here to bolster community, developing relationships with your local farmers and ranchers, while taking control of your health by nourishing your body with nutrient dense foods.
